How many times do we focus on what we dont have - instead of what we have. If you are like me dear reader, and suffer from the glass is half empty syndrome, probably too many times to recall. And with all these negative thoughts, breed more negative feelings - and the cycle just gets out of control. Until one day, you find it hard to see any good in your world.
So today get out your gratitude journal and write about something you are grateful for. Try and pick just one thing, no matter how small, no matter insignificant others may find it. Because just as negative breeds negative, positive invites positives. And one day soon, you just might change your way of seeing the world, in a new abundant way just briming with wonderful adventures.
Today - I am grateful for my children, who upon my return from work, ran up to me and gave me a joyful "hi mum".
